Your Mission:
Is to Manage Google Ads for Clients and mentor other junior Google ads Specialists

Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in marketing
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads
- Ability to translate business growth goals through Advertising to Google Ads/ Landing Pages
- Ability to maintain professionalism and Confidentiality in customer and employee interactions across fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible.
- Expert-level Management skills.
- Professional level fluency in English
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Access to an uninterrupted, quiet workspace with a comfortable table, chair, and clean backdrops
- The camera is to be turned ON during all conference calls
- A minimum of 40 Mb stable internet connection
- UPS or generator backup
- Can solve or is willing to learn how to solve Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes (No, we’re not joking)
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Curate and Manage Google Ad strategies for agency clients
- Client communication with expectation management
- Work closely with Ad Specialists and creatives in setting up campaigns
- Perform Ad budget optimization while working closely with Ad specialists
- Pitch new products and propose budget increases to agency clients.
- Upsell marketing services to the clients
- Educate/Guide Junior Google Ads Specialists
