Required:
- 1+ Years experience as Digital Marketer
- Fluent in English
- Can solve or willing to learn how to solve Rubik’s cube in under 5 mins (No, we’re not joking)
- You Love optimizing things
- You are proficient with managing data in Google Sheets/Excel
- Access to an uninterrupted quiet workspace with a comfortable table, chair, and clean backdrops
- The camera is required to be ON conference calls
- Minimum 40 Mb stable internet connection
- UPS or generator backup
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Lead all Marketing campaigns: Google, Facebook, Email, and TikTok.
- Manage Automations on Active Campaign.
- Debug and optimize FB, Google, and automation.
- Craft growth initiatives.
- Attribution and Tracking, setup, and debugging (including GA4)
- Ongoing A/B testing, planning, and implementation.
- SEO Tracking and direction.
- Craft and manage Content Marketing Strategy.

Where will you work?
Currently, from home till COVID resolves or becomes stable after that from the NOIDA office (Flex hours and remote work is our standard practice)
