Requirements:
- 1+ Years of experience as Digital Marketer
- Professional level fluency in English
- You are proficient with managing data in Google Sheets/ Excel
- You Love optimizing things
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible.
- Expert-level writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings and experience with scheduling travel arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/ Google skills: Word/ docs, Excel/ sheets, Outlook/ Gmail, and PowerPoint/ Slides.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Access to an uninterrupted, quiet workspace with a comfortable table, chair, and clean backdrops
- The camera is to be turned ON during all conference calls
- A minimum of 40 Mb stable internet connection
- UPS or generator backup
- Can solve or is willing to learn how to solve Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes (No, we’re not joking)
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors.
- Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination
- Coordinate special projects like team building activities, and all-hands meetings
- Fully manage the Executive’s social media profiles like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook by
- creating posts and stories and replying to any important messages and notifications.
- Maintain google sheets for the Board of Directors.
- Process business expense reimbursement requests, and invoices
- Take meeting notes and create action items
- Synthesize information and create reports.
- Task management inside Clickup.
