Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience with Facebook Ads
- Ability to maintain professionalism and Confidentiality in customer and employee interactions across fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible.
- Expert-level Management skills.
- Professional level fluency in English
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Access to an uninterrupted, quiet workspace with a comfortable table, chair, and clean backdrops
- The camera is to be turned ON during all conference calls
- A minimum of 40 Mb stable internet connection
- UPS or generator backup Can solve or is willing to learn how to solve
- Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes (No, we’re not joking)
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Setting up and Managing Facebook Ads, Audience Building, and Reporting, including Ad copies and Creatives.
- Attribution Tracking set up, Events Management, including setting up of Tags/Triggers in GTM and GA4
- Testing of Landing Pages, Offers and Ad copies
- Optimizing campaigns and Managing Budget to get maximum conversions and minimum CPA
- Data Analysis of Competitive Ads
- Troubleshooting issues with Facebook Ads
- Staying updated with new campaign trends, facebook policies, and other latest updates.
- Working closely with the management to develop new strategies, new lead magnets, and campaigns to generate leads.
- Clear Status Communication with the clients and internal management
